Best Food in Indianapolis

Moving to Indy isn’t all “Satellite Internet Versus Dial-up” and “Where did we pack the shampoo?” it’s also exploring one of the great hidden gems of America and an emerging foodie scene at that! Here are a few of our top eateries to try once you get all settled in
St. Elmo Steakhouse: St. Elmo’s is an institution here and man do they know how to put out a good steak. Order the ribeye medium rare and expect the best service in the city while you’re at it.
Barcelona Tapas: Bet you didn’t know Indy had such a multicultural food scene! From Vietnamese to Russian, we’ve got it all, but our favorite is Barcelona’s. They know how to do tapas the Spanish way and this joint’s best done with a crowd.
Slippery Noodle Inn: Besides the fact that it has the best name in the city, the Slippery Noodle Inn has some of the best Asian in town. It’s slightly Americanized but it’s still got all the flavor you’d expect – we like the Udon with beef, in case you’re wondering.
